Our cleaning staff is taking every precautionary measure to make your stay a clean and safe one. They will be using the CDC cleaning guidelines to make sure the unit is sanitized for our guests. The unit will be cleaned and sanitized between guests. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. Please be patient with our cleaning staff if they are running behind schedule. We strive to have very clean units.

This beautiful unit is on the 15th floor and has everything needed for a wonderful and comfortable vacation. It has been completely remodeled and should have everything you need for a great vacation. There is a southeasterly, unobstructed, and gorgeous view of the gulf and coastline from the private balcony.

The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, a 65” 4K TV, smart DVD player, and Bluetooth stereo. Master bedroom has a king-size bed with new pillow-top mattress and box springs (new as of spring 2018), en-suite bathroom, and new 50” 4K TV with a smart DVD player. The master bedroom has sliding doors accessing the large balcony with ocean view. The second bedroom with en-suite bathroom has twin beds with a 50" 4K smart TV and smart DVD player. With the smart TVs and DVD players, you can access all of your favorite movies and shows on Netflix, Hulu, and other streaming networks.

Fully-furnished kitchen and baths. Chef-ready kitchen has all small appliances, fully stocked with pots and pans, dishes, utensils, and serving pieces. There are both a regular coffee pot and a Keurig. Newly-redecorated and painted, granite in the kitchen and bathrooms, shiplap ceilings, new furnishings, and new flooring throughout. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. Starter supplies furnished (no replenishments).

Cable and Wi-Fi included. This is "streaming-friendly" condo offering a new level (100 Mbps) of high-speed Wi-Fi Internet access … perfect for the entire family!

This unit has keyless entry and you never have to worry about losing your key at the beach or someone being locked out! The unit has books, games, and family-friendly DVDs. It is a nice, bright unit with everything needed for a wonderful vacation on the beach. The balcony is a wonderful place to watch the sunrises/sunsets and the dolphins playing.

This resort has a private beach. There is a cafe and Tiki bar (open March 1-October 31) and you never have to leave the resort. Several restaurants are within walking distance for take-out. Walmart and Winn Dixie have grocery pickup.

It has a great view of the ocean, beach, and pools. The perfect location. It is near the elevators with easy access to all of the Resort's amenities, including the indoor/outdoor pool, Market Cafe, two outdoor pools, beach, workout facilities, tennis/pickleball courts, Tiki bar, game room, a basketball goal, and two hot tubs. One of the large outdoor pool and indoor/outdoor pool are heated during the winter months.

Linens, dishes, cookware, etc. provided. Remember to bring your beach towels!! There is a rental company on the beach for chairs/umbrellas.

Pelican Beach has a Market Café which has a large menu consisting of breakfast items and sandwiches, burgers, salads, pizza, etc. for lunch. It also carries incidentals such as sunscreen, sodas, beach toys, beer, and snacks.

On site, there is a Tiki bar, indoor/outdoor pool, two outdoor pools, kiddie pool, two hot tubs, exercise room, sauna, and game room. Additional laundry facilities are near unit and elevators. During the prime summer months, the Tiki bar and café deliver to the beach!

The resort is located on the beach side of Highway 98 across from Big Kahuna Waterpark with putt-putt and go-cart track not far. Within two miles, you'll find the harbor where you can enjoy waterfront dining, live music, fishing charters, boat and wave runner rentals, and all new Harborwalk Entertainment Complex including Harry T's, Crab Island Cantina, Margaritaville, shopping, & family activities. There are kayak rentals, parasailing, and beach chairs and umbrellas to rent on the Beach. Baytowne Village is also a nice place to visit with lots of activities for children and families, restaurants, shops, and live music. On-site, Pelican Beach has a Tiki bar, market café, exercise room, game room, indoor/outdoor pool, and two large outdoor pools.

With all of the amenities that the resort has, you never need to leave! But, if you do, there are lots of things within minutes that are fun to do. Harborwalk Village is 2.5 miles west with restaurants, shops, children's activities, and fishing charters, jet ski and boat rentals, etc. Destin Commons is 3.7 miles to the east and is full of shops and restaurants. There is the Fish Bowl Restaurant and Bowling Alley here which is very fun and family-friendly. The Silver Sands Outlet Mall is 8 miles to the east with shops and restaurants. SanDestin and Grand Blvd. are about 9.5 miles to the east with additional upscale shopping, restaurants, and a movie theater.
