Our cleaning staff is taking every precautionary measure to make your stay a clean and safe one according to CDC guidelines, both cleaning and sanitizing the unit.

Remodeled in December, 2022, this 16th floor unit has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The views are beautiful and the balcony is perfect for relaxing and dolphin watching as well as watching the sunrises and sunsets. It is in a convenient location for the restaurants and shops, several of which are within walking distance. See below for a list of contents in the unit.

The living room has a 65" 4K Ultra HD TV streaming capabilities, smart DVD player, and Bluetooth stereo. Kids will love the built-in bunks with individually-mounted 24" Roku TVs and DVD players. It is a furnished one-bedroom unit directly on the beach with two bunk beds with new mattresses in the hallway and a new queen sofa sleeper with Cozy Comfort mattress. It has granite countertops in the kitchen, new bathroom vanities, flooring, and furnishings.

There is a 43" TV with streaming capabilities and a smart DVD player in the bedroom. It has a keyless-entry system so that you never have to worry about losing your key. This is "streaming-friendly" condominium offering a new level (100 Mbps) of high-speed Wi-Fi Internet access … perfect for the entire family!

Kitchen should be chef-ready with everything you should need for cooking and serving a meal. Linens, dishes, cookware, microwave, coffee maker (Keurig-compatible Cuisinart), regular coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, blender, etc. are furnished.

Pelican Beach has an excellent café with pastries, coffee, pizza, sandwiches, salads, etc. and incidentals such as sunscreen, sodas, and beach toys. There are also a Tiki bar, indoor/outdoor pool (heated in the winter), separate outdoor pool, kiddie pool, exercise room, and sun deck. There are laundry facilities located near unit and elevators. It has everything you need for a great stay and you never have to leave the property.

The Tiki Bar and café now deliver drinks and food to you right on the beach during the summer months!

This resort has a private beach. The cafe and tiki bar are open and you never have to leave the resort. Merlin's Pizza delivers and several restaurants are within walking distance for take out. Walmart and Winn Dixie have grocery pickup.

There is a beach rental company for chairs/umbrellas should you choose at guests' own expense. BEACH SERVICE IS NOT INCLUDED WITH THIS UNIT. We try and keep two chairs and an umbrella in the unit.

Check out the toy box located on the beach before buying beach toys. It is a box where you can borrow sand toys, boogie boards, etc., and return them when you are finished. Or, if you purchase beach items and want to leave them behind for the enjoyment of others, you can place them in the toy box also.

With all of the amenities that the resort has, you never need to leave! But, if you do, there are lots of things within minutes that are fun to do. Harbor Walk is 2.5 miles west with restaurants, shops, children's activities, and fishing charters, jet ski rentals, etc. There is a Target, Winn Dixie, and several shops and restaurants almost directly across the street. Destin Commons is 3.7 miles to the east and is full of shops and restaurants. The Silver Sands Outlet Mall is 8 miles to the east with shops and restaurants. Sandestin and Grand Blvd. are about 9.5 miles to the east with additional upscale shopping and restaurants. It is only a 10-minute walk on the beach to the famous Back Porch restaurant.

Pelican Beach has a catering service and can set up for all of your needs. If you are having a big gathering, buffets can be set up such as barbeques and cookouts. The office has full details.

Numerous restaurants are nearby. Some of our favorites are McGuires, Fuddpuckers, Mimmos, Crackin' Up (formerly Another Broken Egg) (breakfast and lunch), Merlin's Pizza (they deliver), Harbor Docks, Chan's Wine World, The Back Porch, Whalestail, Lulu's, A.J.'s, Bochamps, and Margaritaville.
