Enjoy a wonderful getaway with the beach within walking distance (6 minutes--no crossing streets!) and tennis courts literally steps away. Sit and relax on the screened-in porch and watch your friends and family enjoy a game of tennis. The resort offers many opportunities for walking, and riding bikes. This is a second-floor unit and there is one flight of stairs.
The living room has a sofa and love seat and a LG 86” smart TV with sound bar (YouTube TV, Sling (with tennis channel), and streaming capabilities. Enjoy the ultimate theater experience without leaving the property.
The dining room has seating for six at the dining room table and two at the bar. (Two additional chairs are nearby for additional seating at dining room table.)
The kitchen is chef-ready and fully furnished with everything you would need for preparing and enjoying a wonderful meal.
This unit has two bedrooms downstairs and a loft upstairs. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, chaise lounge for a nice reading area, and en-suite bath with shower. This bedroom has a LG 65” smart TV.
The second bedroom has a queen bed, a LG 55” smart TV, and access to private bath.
The upstairs loft has two queen beds with a LG 50” smart TV and an en-suite bath.
This is a second-floor unit (one flight of stairs) with views overlooking the tennis courts.
This unit is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer.
There are two community gas grills located steps away. The beach is a 0.3 mile walk (about 6 minutes). No streets to cross. During prime season, there is a courtesy shuttle to the beach which will come to the unit for pickup. There are two pools located within Hidden Dunes, one of which is heated during the winter, and a hot tub.
Hidden Dunes is a tennis and pickleball resort and has an on-site pro. Clinics and lessons are available. Matches can be arranged by the pro. There are six rubico courts and three pickleball courts located within Hidden Dunes which are rented by the hour. There is a pro on duty and both private and group lessons are available. Proper tennis attire is required.
Hidden Dunes also has a playground area and basketball court located not far from the unit.
Numerous shops and restaurants are located near and within driving distance to Hidden Dunes Resort. The outlet mall is located about 0.50 miles away; Sandestin is about 0.25 miles across the street; and Grand Boulevard is about 1.00 mile to the East with shops and restaurants.
This is a beautiful, peaceful area where you can take long walks along tree-lined paths, play tennis, swim, or go to the beach. Such a relaxing vacation can be had here.

Beach and pool with kids!

Family vacay
Kim S.The pictures don’t really do the property justice. The condo is exactly as advertised and well maintained. Teresa was very accommodating and checked on us several times. The only complaint I have has nothing at all to do with the owners. While most days the 5-10 minute walk was actually relaxing. The tram to the beach was not always available. While carrying multiple heavy things down, made it more difficult. We would definitely think about staying again!

Relaxing Getaway
Terry R.It was a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of life! No elevators to load after a hot day on the beach was a great bonus! We’ve always stayed at high-rise condos facing the beach but opted for something with a little more privacy this time. We had no regrets! With 5 adults, one teenager, a two year one and 6 month old, we really appreciated the privacy of the cottage life and especially loved the screened-in back porch-much safer than a balcony with little ones! We were steps away from a nice big pool that offered patio furniture with comfortable chaise lounges and table sets with umbrellas. Even though we weren’t directly on the beach (but still didn’t have to cross a busy street), a trolley service was offered.
My men especially loved the cottage with the huge screen tvs, and I loved the UNBELIEVABLE master shower!
A little side note about the area: Since we’ve always gone to Panama City Beach, I was unsure about the actual beach at Mirimar, but it was SO NICE! The beach for Hidden Dunes was spread out and spacious and absolutely gorgeous water!

Gorgeous condo

Beautiful cottage
KatieWe loved staying in this recently updated cottage. The furnishings were new and high-quality, large TVs came in handy when weather at the beach didn’t cooperate. We will definitely be back :)

Spring Break getaway
